Resolute Property Investors of Redondo Beach, CA, purchased the
Greenbrier Townhomes in Overland Park, KS, for $5.2 million, or
about $65,000 per unit. The seller was Winston XVI LP.
Located at 8562 W. 85th St. in Overland Park, Kansas, the 80 unit
property totals 86,028 square feet. It includes one, two and
three-bedroom town homes, a clubhouse/pool complex, and tennis,
racquetball and basketball courts.
